brie cheese (goat cheese works perfect as well) long cuts to fit inside dates
coarse grinded pistachio
honey

Stuff the dates (after getting rid of the seeds) with cheese pieces, spread the pistachio on top,

Tip: this can be turned into appetizer by warming the cheese with dates inside oven.
