RECIPE COLLECTION
Energy balls with coconut
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1 cup medjool dates
pinch of sea salt
Pulse all in food processor till combined, form medium balls, chill in fridge for 1 hour before
enjoying.

medjool dates (as needed)
brie cheese (goat cheese works perfect as well) long cuts to fit inside dates
coarse grinded pistachio
honey
Stuff the dates (after getting rid of the seeds) with cheese pieces, spread the pistachio on top,
finishing with drizzles of honey.
Tip: this can be turned into appetizer by warming the cheese with dates inside oven.
